Rev. Beth Allin has a Masters of Divinity from Fuller Seminary and a BA in Sociology from Westmont College. Her favorite part of ministry is being able to be on the journey with people and point them toward Christ. Beth is currently the National Gathering Coordinator for ECO. She lives in Santa Barbara, CA, with her husband Dana and their three kids – Micah, Peyton, and Piper.

Skye Coleman serves as the Executive Administrator for ECO, hailing originally from Palm Springs, CA. Her academic journey took her to Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business. In her current role, she holds responsibility for supervising the technology team and actively participates in the development of ECO's websites and media projects. In her free time she enjoys beach volleyball, swimming, and house renovations or DIY projects and growing her own food in her garden. Skye lives in Austin, TX, where she resides with her husband, Patrick, and their daughter, Emrie.
