Rev. Dr. Dana Allin
Rev. Dr. Dana Allin is ECO’s Synod Executive. Dana formerly served as the President of the board of ECO, the pastor of Indian River Presbyterian Church in Fort Pierce, FL and the pastor of Christ Presbyterian Church in Lakewood, CA. Dana attended Fuller Seminary, where he received both an MDiv and a DMin. He also has a BS in Microbiology from University of California, Santa Barbara and is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. Dana’s passion to encourage and inspire leaders has led him to develop both the Missional Leader Training program and the Coach Certification Process. He lives in Santa Barbara with his wife, Beth and their three children – Micah, Peyton, and Piper.
Rev. Nate Dreesmann
Rev. Nate Dreesmann has been serving the church for more than thirty years. He has served on the staffs of small, medium, and large churches, from Berkeley, to Washington, to Idaho. Nate has also served on the sessions of small and large churches. Nate attended Fuller Seminary, where he received both a MDIV and MACCS. Nate is passionate about Jesus, living out the Great Commission, helping believers to be at peace with one another, and helping ECO churches revitalize and plant new churches. Nate is married to Cari and they have four children – Gabrielle, Jackson, Charis, and Elise.
John Terech
John Terech is a former Wall Street executive and New York native. He graduated from Boston University with a degree in Business Administration and is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, and a Commissioned Lay Pastor in ECO. John has served in ministry in Palm City, Florida from 2005 to 2023 and currently in Cumming, Georgia. John also attended Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary and Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando. He is married to Patty Terech and they have 3 children – John III, a graduate of University of Central Florida, Joseph, graduating University of North Georgia in 2026 and Lindsay, a senior at South Forsyth High School.
Taylor Woods
Taylor Woods was born and raised in Glendora, CA. She attended Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA where she graduated in 2018 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Economics & Business. She assists the various departments of ECO with process creation and management. Taylor moved to Dallas, TX in the beginning of 2024 and she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, going to concerts and baseball games, and has picked up two-stepping since moving to Texas!
Rev. Kaitlyn Wood
Rev. Kaitlyn Wood was born and raised in upstate New York. She earned a BS in Communication Theory at Eastern University and an MA studying Religion, Media, & Culture at RPI (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute). In 2015 she discerned the call to vocational ministry and entered Northeastern Seminary in Rochester, NY. As a pastor, she worked with her congregation to bring about transformation, a renewed vision, and a heart for the region. Kaitlyn is passionate about equipping pastors and churches for holistic revitalization, which is the focus of her current DMin project at Northeastern. When she isn’t working with churches, you can usually find Kaitlyn at the baseball fields with her husband Matthew and three boys – Levi, Jonah, and Aaron.
Marilyn Blaess
Marilyn Blaess was born in Edmond, OK, and grew up there and in Colorado Springs, CO. She graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Corporate Communications. After college, she moved to Dallas, where she worked in out-of-home advertising, social media advertising, as well as higher education development. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Design and Innovation at SMU. When she is not at work or school, you can find her at barre or playing pickleball.
Rev. Luke Parker
Rev. Luke Parker is ECO’s Church Planting Director. Luke formerly served as a Church Planter/Pastor in an ECO plant in Phoenix, the student ministries director at a non-denominational church in AZ, and in several other church plants in a variety of roles over the years. Before ministry in the local church he was heavily involved in Young Life. Luke attended Fuller Seminary, where he received an MDiv. He also has a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Arizona (Bear Down). Luke’s passion to raise up young leaders and equip them to reach the lost in our time. He lives in Phoenix with his wife, Jessica and their two boys – Matthew and Samuel.
Keila Llanes
Keila Llanes was born in Lakeland, FL and grew up in Phoenix, AZ. She received her BS in Music – Emphasis in Music Ministry from Arizona Christian University and her Master in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Arizona State University. She has worked in the nonprofit sector for the past nine years and enjoys crafting and implementing improved organizational structures. Keila loves grabbing coffee with friends, playing board games, and working out. She is married to her husband Brent, and they have a daughter, Margo.
Rev. Beth Allin
Rev. Beth Allin has a Masters of Divinity from Fuller Seminary and a BA in Sociology from Westmont College. She grew up mostly in the San Francisco Bay Area and has served in churches in both California and Florida. Her favorite part of ministry is being able to be on the journey with people and point them toward Christ. Beth lives in Santa Barbara, CA, with her husband Dana and their three kids – Micah, Peyton, and Piper.
Skye Coleman
Skye Coleman serves as the Executive Administrator for ECO. She grew up in Palm Springs, CA and attended Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business. In her current role, she works with various ECO departments to help accomplish projects and works with in the development of ECO’s websites and media projects. In her free time she enjoys sand volleyball, swimming, and house renovations or DIY projects and growing food in her garden. Skye lives in Cedar Park, TX, with her husband, Patrick, and daughter, Emrie.
Ben Godwin
Ben Godwin was raised in Hutchinson, KS before beginning a ministry journey that took him to Arkansas, Oklahoma, Georgia, and Texas. He is an ordained minister in The Salvation Army tradition, where he served for six years in congregation settings. His specialty lies in administrative support for churches and pastors. Ben has been married to his wife, Charlsie, for over a decade and they have two young children whom have become the primary focus of their ministry.
Patty Terech
Patty Terech was born and raised in New Jersey. She is married to her husband, John. In April of 2005, John and Patty Terech moved from New Jersey to Palm City, Florida. Patty worked at Palm City Presbyterian Church as Director of Volunteers and Office Manager for seven years. She has been with ECO for 10 years as an Operations Assistant. She and her husband John have three children and reside in Cumming, GA.
Shelby Murphy
Shelby Murphy was born and raised in Colorado Springs, CO, and graduated from California Baptist University in May of 2013 with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. Shelby is the Financial Administrator at ECO, doing the day-to-day tasks of accounting and human resources. Shelby’s hobbies and activities include hiking, camping and being outdoors as much as possible with her husband, Jonathon and son Matthew, in beautiful Colorado.
Rev. Jonathan LaBarge
Jonathan serves in the Ordination Advisor role alongside leading a multiethnic and multilingual church in LA called River of the Valley Church. He previously lived as a missionary in Honduras with his wife Kristy (who also is a pastor). He holds bachelor’s degrees in music and physics from the University of California, Davis, an M.Div. from Princeton and is working on a D.Min. through Fuller. Jonathan’s sense of call is to lead people into embracing the fullness of Jesus’ vision and Kingdom. Jonathan and Kristy have two children, and their activities keep them in perpetual motion.
Rev. Brian Stewart
Rev. Dr. Brian Stewart is the Director of Global Engagement for ECO. In 1995 he was
ordained as an evangelist and over the following years he served two church plants, one in
Tennessee and the other in North Carolina. In 2009 Brian became the Associate Pastor for
Missional Discipleship at First Presbyterian Church Greenville, SC (ECO) where he and the
congregation greatly expanded the scope and depth of that church’s global mission
relationships. Brian received his MTS from Duke Divinity School and MDiv from Union
Presbyterian Seminary. In 2021 he completed his DMin at Gordon-Conwell Theological
Seminary where his research focused on how to initiate a missional discipleship movement
in a historic, mainline congregation. He is also a Certified Church Business Administrator
and a Perspectives Course Coordinator. Brian served ECO in our early roll-out season as
the first moderator of the East Central Presbytery. This presbytery covered all of the
Southeast United States except for Florida…which is not a southern state anyway.
He currently lives in Greenville, SC with his wife, Tracie, who is also an ordained
Presbyterian pastor and chaplain. They have two grown sons: Brian in Charleston, SC and
William in Portland, OR.
Lauren Warman
Originally from the westside of Michigan, Lauren moved to Texas seven years ago with her husband Phil and their dog Remy, and they welcomed their daughter, Mallory, in November of 2024. She attended Taylor University in Upland, Indiana where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Philosophy, and Economics. She most recently served in a vocational ministry role with young adults and college students at an ECO church in Dallas. She has a passion for creating welcoming, warm spaces for others, especially those going through seasons of change or stress, and is excited to see how the Lord uses that in her work at ECO. She is an avid walker, puzzler, and reader, so if there’s anything good on your shelf lately, send it her way!
