Flourish will offer a Coach Training certification process through Coach Net International because of our commitment to equip leaders and provide resources that nurture flourishing
ministry within ECO.
Having a coach can be a powerful asset in ministry and discipleship. More and more, pastors and ministers recognize the value of a quality coach to equip them to cultivate skills,
lead staff, mentor young leaders, mobilize volunteers and teams more strategically, and improve as a counselor.

The initial two-day Coach Training sessions will occur virtually on September 13th and 14th, 2021. Six weekly 1-hour follow up coaching calls will be arranged at a later date once the group is established as well as coach mentors and coaching skills for up to six months.
