The Community Leader Intensive is an online conference by Axis in partnership with ECO! The content in this conference is created specifically for the ECO denomination and will encourage discussion and interaction. Breaks will be scheduled throughout.
The Community Leader Intensive is made possible by your denomination, at no cost to you. It is designed to help caring adults navigate teen culture through a biblical lens to equip them for meaningful conversations that build lifelong connections.

Who are they? How do they learn? What makes Gen Z different from other generations? And how does this change how we interact with them?
Session 2: Importance of Culture Translation
We will be discussing how Culture Translation builds faith in our students by connecting with their hearts.
12:15PM – 2:00pm (PDT)
Session 3: How to Translate Culture and Apply It Practically
We will have a time of group work
and discuss practical application.
Session 4: Starting Conversations
How to use our model and our resources to
that Last a Lifetime
engage teens in conversations.
